TM  505-459-6570 info@Envision3DDesign.com (Mouse-Over renderings to enlarge them)            A Dream Backyard for Golfer's Who Entertain A golf-loving couple moved into a wonderful home in North Albuquerque Acres and dreamt of an outdoor entertainment space to surround the pool, beautify the yard, and take advantage of breathtaking views. Of course, a putting green in a totally unused part of the property would be a terrific touch! After numerous design attempts on paper with various professionals, their dream came when Envision took on the project, designing and rendering it in vivid 3D. The existing pool deck (basically a white rectangle) was gracefully and artistically enhanced and unified with a well designed patio and hardscape. Even concerns over obstructing the views were addressed. By virtually placing the actual views in the background, we enabled the couple to "stand" in the rooms of the house and see the impact of the outdoor kitchen and extension of the existing patio overhead. As the "icing on the cake," Envision 3D enlisted the talents of our on-staff Master Gardener to create customized planting beds comprised of many varieties of xeric plants and bursting with seasonal color. 360 degree view - Click upper right corner for full screen (Esc to return), then click mouse to drag, and zoom Before 3D Design   Minimal Work; Maximum Fun, Beauty & Functionality We find that, while 100% of our landscape clients love a beautiful yard, far fewer of them love to spend lots of time maintaining their yard. Easy and xeric particularly here in the southwest, is the trend. Our landscape clients are also wanting to do more living and entertaining in their outdoor spaces. This client was spot on with these trends. However, on the somewhat unusual side, she also had a great plant knowledge base and was eager to help with plant selection. She and our staff master gardener hit it off and got to work. Meanwhile, our designers addressed the hardscape, including a new gazebo home for her hot tub; an expanded entertainment space; tiered, accessible planters; a larger porch that would serve as a breakfast spot; and a focal-point water feature that would show off her much-loved handmade colored glass pieces. The result was a visually stunning, yet low maintenance, landscape (with a complete plant list) built around a casual, but flowing and inviting entertainment space. Within a week, this client already had her landscaper lined up to start work immediately. As the project turned out, the client decided not to do all aspects of the design in order to reduce the overall cost of the project. In the end, the client was very plesed with everything. 3D Design Before 3D Design Constructed     Outdoor Living and Family Fun Some projects are more challenging than others. This unique back yard had a severe triangular shape with most of the area well away from the home's living area and patio. However, Envision 3D created a design that utilized all the space and incorporated the client's wish list of fun areas for the teenagers, including basketball, a gazebo to socialize, a small vegetable garden, outdoor living spaces for entertainment, and all with minimal maintenance and yard work. The clients were immediately thrilled with the first design. NOTE: These are all renderings, not photos! 3D Design         From Too Much Sun to Outdoor Fun This contractor - homeowner client from Los Lunas had lots of ideas of things to do, but came to Envision 3D to put the entire design together and make sure it would look all right - before construction began.  There was a sunroom enclosure addition, an outdoor kitchen and bar entertainment area within a sun shade structure, an outdoor fireplace, a covered jacuzzi gazebo, and a desire for a minimum maintenance landscape that could pull it all together.  Envisin went quickly to work and came up with a fun outdoor design that met every aspect the client desired.  The fun continued after construction was completed with a celebration outdoor party with Envision 3D in attendance! On-going Construction Sunroom Addition Completed Aggregate Concrete Construction 3D Design Desert Sand to Desert Oasis  This client's lovely, west-side home is surrounded by a great, oversized lot. Unfortunately, given its current barren state, the family is not able to enjoy it. At least not yet. Envision 3D's design provides for entertaining (in the shade!), a peaceful corner retreat, much improved privacy, a great yard for kids and adults to enjoy active play, and tremendous curb appeal. This is accomplished through the use of micro-zone-appropriate, xeric plantings, complemented by hardscaping that is creative, yet functional. Construction is now underway!
